I couldn't believe this lazy jerk. He angled his Lexus across these spots for 15-20 minutes while his wife got a Starbucks. You can see in the background that there are three regular parking spots right behind him. You'll also notice that he doesn't mount a front license plate ... a sure sign that he doesn't want to get busted by badparking.us. I should have walked around and taken a picture from behind him. :-)
